If you have time, or anytime you notice, feel free to block unverified users that have been that way for more than 15 days. I get to it when I can, but I dont have much time or end up forgetting. Just be sure to:
# Block for "infinite"
# List reason as "unverified user"
# Replace the template on the user page with <nowiki>{{unverified}}</nowiki>
# Don't block "Bob" - that's my test ID - I accidentally tagged it as unverified, so I'll take care of that one.
