Sô Yoshimori was the 12th head of the Sô clan.

He succeeded his father, Sô Kimori, to become head of the clan. He took on the name Yoshimori after receiving from Shogun Ashikaga Yoshitane the honor of using the character Yoshi (義) in his name.

His time as head of the clan saw the 1510 Samp'o ("three harbors") Incident, when Sô Kunichika and a large number of Japanese merchants based in three ports in Korea rose up in rebellion. Some 200 Sô clan ships supported the rebellion, which was ultimately crushed by the Korean court. All Japanese merchants were expelled from Korea, and all trade severed. In 1512, Yoshimori secured a new agreement with the Joseon court, known as the Jinshin Treaty in Japanese; this restored trade between Tsushima and Korea, but with Korea permitting only half the number of trade ships per year from Tsushima, as compared to before the uprising.

Yoshimori was succeeded by his nephew Sô Morinaga.
