The Ryukyu flying foxes are a set of species of flying foxes or giant bats native to the [[Ryukyu Islands]]. They typically eat a variety of fruits, nuts, flowers, and leaves. They do not use ultrasonic echolocation, but rather simply have excellent low-light vision.
