Kin ''[[anji]]'' Shô Kôkun was a [[scholar-aristocracy of Ryukyu|Ryukyuan scholar-official]] who served as ''[[sorikan|sôrikan]]'' in interactions with Americans and Europeans in the 1850s.

He met with [[Commodore Matthew Perry]] several times in [[1853]].
