Ganaha ''[[peechin]]'' Shûshô was a [[Ryukyu Kingdom|Ryukyuan]] [[Scholar-aristocracy of Ryukyu|scholar-aristocrat]] who was among the first to serve as an interpreter between the Ryukyuan royal court and [[Satsuma han]] authorities following Satsuma's [[Invasion of Ryukyu|invasion of Ryûkyû]] in [[1609]].

A member of the Gyû (牛) lineage. After serving as interpreter beginning in 1609, he was then in [[1611]] named [[Shinoboseza|Shinobose bugyô]] (仕上世奉行), in charge of leading the annual mission to [[Kagoshima]].
