Saito Seiichiro

• Japanese: 斎藤 精一郎 (Saitou Seiichirou)

Seiichirô joined the Shinsengumi sometime after the 7th month of 1865. He fought at the battle of Toba-Fushimi, but deserted after returning to Edo.
