Akasaka-juku

Japanese: 赤坂宿 (Akasaka-juku)

Akasaka was the 36th post-station along the Tôkaidô highway. In 1843, the surrounding town consisted of nearly 350 homes, as well as three honjin, one waki-honjin, and 62 hatagoya inns.
