Sakurai Keitoku was head priest of the Miidera branch temple Hômyô-in (in Ôtsu, Shiga prefecture) in the early Meiji period.

He is known for his support of the Americans Ernest Fenollosa and William Sturgis Bigelow, who received monastic names from Keitoku in 1885. Keitoku died later that year.
