Buzhengsi

Bùzhèngsī, sometimes translated as "Chief Secretary," was a provincial post within the Qing Dynasty government. Such officials oversaw a wide range of administrative matters, including finances, demographics, agricultural surveys, promulgating imperial orders, and public works, among others.
