- 1614/4 Luis Frois meets with Oda Nobunaga in Kyoto.
- 1614/8 Yamanaka Shikanosuke clashes with Môri forces in Izumo province.
- 1614/9 Shimazu Yoshihisa takes Oguchi castle in Ôsumi from the Hishikari.
- 1614/9 Chosokabe Motochika defeats the Aki Clan of Tosa and begins his efforts to take all of Shikoku.
- 1614/10 Môri and Ôtomo forces clash near Hakata in Chikuzen province.
- 1614/11 Takeda Shingen surrounds Odawara castle in Sagami; around a week later Shingen retreats and in the process defeats a Hôjô army at the Battle of Mimasetoge.
