Hasegawa Heizô was a Tokugawa shogunate official. In 1787-1788, he served as the hitsuke tôzoku aratame kata (火付盗賊改方), the chief official overseeing the apprehension of arsonists, thieves, and gamblers.

Heizô is the protagonist of a novel by Ikenami Shôtarô.
