Emperor Go-Kôgon was an emperor of the Northern Court, reigning from 1352 to 1370.

He is buried at Fukakusa kita no misasagi in Fushimi along with eleven other emperors. Some scholars identify this burial, in a relatively simple grave, without any tumulus, as the precedent marking the beginning of a new tradition, while others classify Fukakusa kita no misasagi as an exception, and the numerous imperial burials at Sennyû-ji, beginning with Emperor Go-Mizunoo (r. 1611-1629) as a more consistent and long-lasting burial tradition.
