*''Japanese'': 薩摩旧記雑録 ''(Satsuma kyuuki zatsuroku)''
The ''Satsuma kyûki zatsuroku'' is a 362-volume compilation of [[Satsuma han]] [[Edo period]] records, compiled by Satsuma han retainer [[Ijichi Sueyoshi]] and his son [[Ijichi Suemichi]]. The original copies have been designated an [[Important Cultural Property]] and are held at the [[University of Tokyo]] Historiographical Institute (''[[Shiryohensanjo|Shiryôhensanjo]]'').
Most if not all of the ''zatsuroku'' has been transcribed into modern type (''honkoku'') and published as volumes of the ''Kagoshima ken shiryô'' (lit. "Historical Documents of Kagoshima prefecture").
