Tôju-ji, also known informally as ''Dôgwaa'' (lit. "small [temple] hall"), was a small [[Buddhist temple]] located in [[Kumemura]], the center of [[Neo-Confucianism|Confucian]] learning in the [[Ryukyu Kingdom|Ryûkyû Kingdom]], and home to the kingdom's [[scholar-aristocracy of Ryukyu|scholar-aristocracy]].
A small shelter for the poor, known as ''Dôgwaa-yashichi'' (堂小屋敷, lit. "residence at the small [temple] hall"), was maintained nearby.
Though a reconstruction stands today, it is no longer active as a Buddhist temple.
