Takamatsu Castle may refer to one of three different locations:
- The Takamatsu Castle situated in Bitchû province (present-day Okayama, Okayama prefecture), which was besieged in 1582.
- The Takamatsu Castle of Sanuki province, in the present-day city of Takamatsu, Kagawa prefecture, on Shikoku. This castle is also called Tamamo Castle.
- Miiri-Takamatsu Castle in the city of Hiroshima.
