Yukikiyo was a senior Amako retainer and served three generations of that family's [[daimyo|daimyô]]: [[Amako Tsunehisa|Tsunehisa]], [[Amako Haruhisa|Haruhisa]], and [[Amako Yoshihisa|Yoshihisa]]. He is said to have held a large fief [[Bizen province]] at one time and served Tsunehisa in various campaigns. He accompanied Amako Haruhisa on his [[1540]] campaign against the [[Mori clan|Môri]] of [[Aki province|Aki]] and later served Yoshihisa though his eventual fate is unclear.
