Okada Beisanjin was an [[Edo period]] painter. 

An [[Osaka]]-based rice merchant, he studied the Confucian classics and came to serve the [[Todo clan|Tôdô clan]] lords of [[Tsu han]] as a Confucian scholar and advisor. As a painter, he was self-taught.
