I think this should be Suda Mitsuchika. In Sanada Family Materials there is a photo of a letter from "須田相模守満親" mentioning Yukimura's coming and the sending of troops to aid the Sanada's. Also, googling on 須田満親 gets articles that say he died in 1598 and had a son Nagayoshi.
