- Good question - according to the teppo article, "rifle" seems to be a general catch-all term for firearms ("rifle" and "matchlock rifle" both appear in there), but I don't know if using that term is incorrect - the author of the teppo article could be mistaken - I'm not sure if it is a technical term or a general term. --Kitsuno 20:39, 23 November 2007 (PST)
