Negishi Yuzan

• Japanese: 根岸 友山 (Negishi Yuuzan)

Negishi had a private school before joinning the Rôshigumi. He was one of 24 members who decided to stay in Kyoto but soon deserted and returned to Edo. He worked for the Shinchôgumi for a while.

In his SonnôTôbaku-inspired book "Toketsuron" , he described Kondô Isami negatively.
