Nakamura Shikan IV was a Kabuki actor of the late Edo period and early Meiji period.

Over the course of his career, he passed through the names Nakamura Tamatarô, Nakamura Komasaburô, Nakamura Masanosuke, and Nakamura Fukusuke before in 1860/7 taking on the name Nakamura Shikan in a ceremony at the Nakamura-za.
