João Pacheco was a Jesuit priest from Macao, of Japanese descent.

He studied at the Seminary of St. Ignatius, which had been founded in the 1630s or 1640s explicitly for the purposes of educating Japanese. Pacheco was then ordained as a Jesuit priest in 1694, and remained active in Macao up until his death in 1725.
