Emperor Go-Sai was an emperor of the early Edo period.

Go-Sai was a son of Emperor Go-Mizunoo by his consort Kushige Takako, also known as Hôshunmon-in, and took the throne in 1654 following the death of his half-brother Emperor Go-Kômyô. Go-Sai's official accession ceremony was held on 1655/11/28.

He abdicated in 1663 in favor of one of his half-brothers, who then took the throne as Emperor Reigen.
